  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (undamaged) and in its original packaging.

2. Quality Defects: Our Responsibility

Elvorica stands for excellence in craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that was damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us immediately at service@elvorica.com with a few photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a full refund or a free replacement, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

3. Simple 3-Step Return Process

  2. Ship: We will send you return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

  3. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Important Notes

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Bundles/Sets: For items purchased as part of a set or promotion, the entire set must be returned for a full refund.
